US Importer: US Resident Importer of Record, an importer corporation corporated in any jurisdiction within the Customs Territory of the United States or in the Virgin Islands of the United States
Non-US IOR: Non-resident Importer of Record, an importer coporation not corporated in any jurisdiction within the Customs Territory of the United States or in the Virgin Islands of the United States
CBP 5106 on File: the importer has previous importation records with CBP, CBP Form 5106 has been filed with CBP
CBP 5106 Not on File: CBP Form 5106 has not been filed with CBP, the importer has no previous importation records with CBP
NO ADD/CVD: Merchandise which will be imported are not subject to any Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) / Counter-Vailing Duty (CVD)
HAVE ADD/CVD: Merchandise which will be imported are subject to Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) / Counter-Vailing Duty (CVD)

A Customs bond is a legal contract between a principal (importer or shipper), a Surety company, and CBP that guarantees the importer complies with Customs regulations and that CBP is paid for applicable import duties, taxes, fines and penalties

Code 2 Custodian bond covers the activities of bonded warehouses, domestic bonded carriers and bonded container stations.
Please email us for a custodian bond application first. A financial statement will be requested to check the applicant's financial responsibility, and to determine the rate and acceptance. An indemnity agreement may be required for the approval of a custodian bond application.
*Not applicable for any applicants who have any unresolved claims to US Customs
Code 3 bond guarantees activities related to the entry or clearance of vessels, vehicles or aircraft from outside the United States, including any advance manifest filing requirements by carriers and NVOCCs.
It is also used when a vessel repair entry is made. Commercial air carriers are required to have this bond to guarantee payment of passenger users fees collected on international commercial flights.
Marine Terminal Operators may fulfill Activity Code 17 bond requirements using this bond. Also, Activity Codes 11 (Airport Customs Security Area) and 16 (Importer Security Filing) obligations can be secured by this bond.
